Economics from St. Stephen’s College, MBA from FMS, Delhi, and a Master’s in Management from Kellogg (Northwestern University).
30+ years of experience making big corporate decisions across Fortune 500 companies in the US, UK and India, yet somehow, still loses to Arushi in board games. Enviable track record of leading, motivating, and building high performance teams and mentoring top performers. Avid consumer of Netflix, Insta Reels, and blogs.

Former finance whiz at Marriott International, US, now a full-time dream enabler and sanity preserver. Top-rated manager who led by example and incubated, trained, and promoted talent. Gave up her career as a Financial Controller to enjoy the growing up years of her two children. Instrumental in making them who they are today. Imparts and imbues advice, values, ethics, and common sense.
Served as the Grade 12 class rep at Dhirubhai Ambani International School & Grade 11 class rep at Aditya Birla World Academy. Has deep knowledge of subjects, boards, schools, and educational curriculums across continents. Strong network of educators, test prep centers, subject matter experts and mental health professionals.
Knows the ins and outs of international curriculums, subject choices, and how to tell if you actually like a college or if you’re just enamoured by the pretty campus.
College admissions are, arguably, the most important pages in the lives of students and their parents.
We know.
We’ve turned ours till they were dog-eared.
The process is a medley of prayer and practical thinking. We’ve had post-its on morning mirrors reminding us of important ‘to-dos’ for the day. We’ve walked around thinking of our daughter and son’s essays and applications—so much so that we (and others) have caught us mumbling what the right ways of doing them were. We’ve sat through nights with them as they attended interviews—so wound up, we rarely slept after.
Acceptance to a college brings another deluge of drills: scholarship applications, visa runs, planning travel, insurance, hostels, course fees, keeping finances on the ready, planning ahead, and keeping fingers firmly crossed through it all.
They would not have known about those existential things. Arushi and I hung our own dreamcatchers on the windowsill of our daughter’s bedroom; she wouldn’t have figured out why. If she has, she hasn’t told us—yet. And for our son we manifested and prayed.
However, today our daughter is a proud alumnus of a top university, living the life she so fondly visualized for herself. And our son is studying Computer Science at a top-rated university. The four of us look back now and then, and laugh at the idiosyncrasies of those times—like only we can.
We are parents first.
And as we offer our experience and life-lessons to you, we know the sacrifices and journey a parent must make for their child’s aspirations. We deeply value your trust in us as we set out together on the quest to make your child’s college dreams a reality. And it gives us immense joy to see them fly—as we saw our own daughter, son, and other children we have helped over the years, take wing.
What makes us ‘tick’ together?
A glorious track record. Our students have waltzed into places like Cornell, Dartmouth, UPenn, Georgia Tech, CMU, Harvey Mudd, U-Mich, UCLA, NYU, UCSD, UIUC, Wisconsin-Madison, Rose Hulman, Purdue, UC Irvine, and UCL. Casual name-drop, no big deal.
We know the campus ‘vibe’.
We’ve visited over 20 US college campuses. Princeton is chill, Stanford is lit, and MIT? Let’s just say the nerd

We promise not to say ‘yeet’ unironically, but we do get what’s up. We know what makes kids roll their eyes -- no out-of-touch uncle/aunty vibes here.
